While everyone is still coming down from the high of the most epic winter EVER, it's finally starting to feel like Spring in Telluride! With our snowpack peaking at 200% of normal and warmer temps on the way, lots of water adventures and wildflower hikes are sure to be enjoyed soon. Summer Flight Schedule
The summer flight schedule includes direct flights into Montrose from Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, & Phoenix. There will also be daily flights from Denver and Phoenix into Telluride.

The Town of Telluride announced an emergency ordinance halting new construction in certain areas for a period of six months.
A number of new businesses and a Marriott Hotel are currently under construction at the Colorado Outdoors development in Montrose.
The 2022-2023 water year is a 30-yr record for the San Miguel Basin! Snowpack peaked around 200% of the median average.

At first glance, the percentage decrease in number of transactions and dollar volume YTD may seem significant. Yet, as the market normalizes, comparing it to the highs of the boom is an unfair assessment.
